- Your waitlist position is informational. It does not guarantee availability, pricing, timing, or any particular benefit.
- Products, timelines, and offers described on this site are pre-release and may change or be cancelled before launch.
- You may leave the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
Our content
Everything on this site — the ABSENT name and wordmark, text, imagery, film, and design — belongs to Absent Golf LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use it commercially without our written permission. Sharing links to the site is always welcome.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, probe or breach its security, submit someone else's email address without their consent, or use automated tools to scrape or flood the forms.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Absent Golf LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Changes
We may update these terms as the brand moves from pre-launch to launch. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Miscellaneous
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Absent about this site.
- We may provide notices electronically — by email to the address you submitted, or by posting on this site.
